3. Notice Manager
To keep your Institution's staffs posted about the circular or any meetings or anything that the concerned peoples need to be in.
Services that your Institution provides to all the peoples or students. Add any new pages and modify whenever needed.
5. Events Manager
To keep all the site views posted about the events your Institution is involved in to drag the viewer attention and let them know the benefits that they could miss.
6. Online registration
To allow Students register or book online for counselling or admission. Search by UserName, reply etc.
MIS V 1.5 (Student MIS)
It is basically Student Management Information System.
MIS Admin – Add/ Edit/ Block/ Unblock Users.

Student Information System
Student Details, Search, Notice, Internal-External Marks, Download Notes, Download Tutorials, Email links to students for the latest resources that has been posted to keep them informed and from where they can download it.
Faculty Information System
Personal Details, Subjects, Upload Tutorials, Upload Notes, Upload Assignment, Update Attendance Details, Upload Internal Marks for individual students so that it can be checked out from anywhere from a computer with internet.
Every action will fire an email to the respective students or batch so that they know about the updates being made by there Faculty.
MIS V 2.1 (Library and Accounts IS)
It is basically Library Management System and Accounts Management System.
Library Management System
• Add/ Edit/ Delete Books Record.
• Check in/out books, date, fine etc.
• Fine will be added to the Accouts directly.
Account Management System
• Students fee structure
• Fee pay mode. Due, fines etc
MIS V 2.3 (Survey/ Reports)
It is basically a very important if your institution is huge and you need to have survey reports for all the things going on. It helps you know your
- Students Reports like Perfomance, Attendance, Class Routines etc
- Faculty Reports like there in/out going times, there course speed etc
- Library Reports like books being issued, which books are more in demand and use, are there more such books required etc
- Account Reports for students like who has to pay how much fee, late fines etc
These reports can be displayed in bar/graph charts and can be printed too.
